Join us for an engaging discussion with HCFC member Alexandra Mack, author of Talking to Stakeholders. The book seeks to present actionable strategies for building trust and learning to listen to in order to develop stronger relationships. It also draws on Alex's personal stories from her unconventional career journey—spanning academia, the public sector, and the broader business world. In this session, Alex will share highlights from her book and lead a conversation centered around creating more space for listening and understanding.
Alexandra Mack leads innovative problem solving and strategy development based on a deep understanding of the surrounding culture and activities. She has brought this combination of customer-centered design, innovation, market research, opportunity identification, business planning, and cultural change to projects across verticals, including government, health care, retail, software, and financial services, working both within organizations and as a consultant.
