Join us for an evening of culinary exploration with Executive Chef Gerard Clinton of the Aspetuck Valley Country Club. The evening will feature a sous vide demonstration, during which Chef Gerard will share how this innovative technique has transformed his cooking and lifestyle, and how it can change yours as well! Chef Gerard will demonstrate sous vide with a variety of proteins, one of which will be featured in the evening's menu.
Following the demonstration, Chef Gerard will provide a globally inspired menu, infusing flavors and influences from his travels and culinary adventures. Please join us for this wonderful culinary adventure and eclectic dining experience! Spaces are limited, so please RSVP as soon as possible.
