Key Leaders in Three Fairfield County Towns Join Us for an Interactive Discussion of the Successes, Challenges, and Unknowns

On Wednesday, September 24, the Harvard Club of Fairfield County will host a Zoom panel discusion with several exprienced local leaders (including a Harvard alumnus and member of our club) on town re-openings.  Our guests will include Christopher Spaulding, AM '96, Phd '01, first selectman of Weston; Karen Wackerman, moderator of the Fairfield RTM; and David Martin, mayor of Stamford, who among them represent the perspectives of local communities of all sizes.  The program comes at a dynamic juncture in the reopening - students have just returned to school, colder weather is setting in, and people are increasingly returning to in-person work.  Our speakers will discuss what has worked and what has not, the expected and unexpected challenges, and what they see on the horizon, in a non-partisan, interactive discussion that will include our questions and comments.

6 pm to 7:30 pm on September 24Free for HCFC members; $5 for non-members.  Zoom link will be distributed by email the day of the program.
