Norwalk Housing Authority Tour
Hear about the NHA's education programs, recognized with a Harvard innovation award
The Harvard Club of Fairfield County is working with the Norwalk Housing Authority to support the authority's award-winning college awareness and preparation programs, which were recognized by Harvard's Kennedy School of Government in 2015 as one the its Top 25 Innovations in Government. The NHA operates 14 housing projects right in our area and has launched these innovative programs to help break the cycle of poverty through education.
HCFC members have been invited to a tour of one of the NHA's facilities at 20 West Avenue in Norwalk, on Wednesday, February 28 from 4 to 6 pm. The tour will include a visit to one of their learning centers. If you have an interest in education we invite you to join us. The event is free and light refreshments will be served.
