Taste of the Season Dinner at Rolling Hills Country Club

Enjoy a six-course dinner of seasonal autumn flavors, curated especially for the HCFC's Food & Wine Group by chef Daniel Baylis - Thursday, September 29, 6 pm, Rolling Hills C.C., Wilton

Please join the Harvard Club of Fairfield County's Food & Wine Group on Thursday, September 29, at 6pm, for a six-course dinner featuring seasonal ingredients and pairings from Rolling Hills Country Club's extensive wine cellar, specially selected for us by chef Dan Baylis.

Dan, who has worked with noted chefs in several New York City restaurants, will discuss with us his personal culinary approach, and each dish on the evening's menu.  Rolling Hills prides itself on its cuisine, and has events throughout the year to showcase it.

The dinner will be perfectly complemented by views of the autumn foliage from the clubhouse, which features superb views of the golf course and the club grounds.  Diners are welcome to come early to tour the course and grounds.

Tasting menu: $75 for HCFC members and their guests, and $95 for non-members; wine pairing: an additional $25 for all.
