William Danoff '82, who manages one of the largest funds in the U.S., will lead a lively discussion about current and future market perspectives. This event will be held over dinner at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Stamford.
Will Danoff received a BA, magna cum laude, in history from Harvard in 1982, and an MBA from Wharton in 1986. He joined Fidelity as an equity analyst in 1986. Mr Danoff served as a portfolio assistant of the Fidelity Magellan Fund from 1989 to 1990. He was appointed manager of the Fidelity Contrafund in 1990. Mr Danoff managed the VIP Contrafund from its inception in January 1995 until October 2007. He began managing the Fidelity Advisor New Insights Fund since its inception in July 2003 and the Fidelity Series Opportunistic Insights Fund from its inception in December 2012. Mr Danoff manages more than $125 billion in aggregate.
