Please join us for the Club's Annual Meeting and Dinner on Wednesday, May 15, at the beautiful Milbrook Club in Greenwich.  We are holding this event earlier than normal to take advantage of an extraordinary opportunity to welcome Amy C. Edmondson, Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School, as our featured speaker.  Known for innovative research in areas including teamwork, psychological safety and organizational learning, Professor Edmondson currently is rated the #1 thinker in business by Thinkers50 and her most recent book, Right Kind of Wrong: The Science of Failing Well, was selected the Best Business Book of the Year by Financial Times and Schroders.

The implications of Professor Edmondson’s ideas on psychological safety extend far beyond business, as she has found that creating environments in which people are not afraid to fail leads to increased innovation, improved teamwork and greater success as well as higher personal satisfaction.  She is a dynamic, engaging speaker and storyteller.

We will begin with beverages, snacks and conversation at 6 pm, with the program and dinner (including a brief annual meeting) starting at 7 pm.  There will be a cash bar.  We will also welcome students in Harvard’s newly admitted class of 2028 from our area to the Harvard community.  Club members who attend the dinner will receive a copy of Right Kind of Wrong.  Professor Edmondson will be available for a book signing.

We hope you will join us for this very special evening!
