Oyster Boat Tour in Norwalk Harbor
Enjoy a beautiful and educational tour on the last day of summer with Copps Island Oysters.
Take the morning off and join us for this fun and educational boat tour on the last day of summer with Copps Island Oysters. Visit an oyster bed, learn about the ecology of oysters and see how they are harvested and sorted. Afterwards, you can visit their store, the Oysterman's Daughter, to shop for oysters and other shellfish to take home.
The tour is FREE but capacity is limited and registration is required. Attendance is limited to adults.
WHEN: Friday, September 22, 2023. Event begins promptly at 9 am and lasts approximately 2.5 hours.
WHERE: Copps Island Oysters, 7 Edgewater Place, Norwalk, CT
Copps Island does not have a parking lot, but parking is available on nearby streets.
COST: Free, but registration is required. Attendees will be required to sign a release at the event to participate.
