Taste of the Season Dinner at Rolling Hills Country Club

Please join the Harvard Club of Fairfield County on Thursday, April 26, at 6pm, for a six-course dinner featuring seasonal ingredients and pairings from Rolling Hills Country Club's extensive wine cellar, specially selected for us by chef Dan Baylis.

Dan, who has worked with noted chefs in several New York City restaurants, will discuss with us his personal culinary approach, and each dish on the evening's menu.  Rolling Hills prides itself on its cuisine, and has events throughout the year to showcase it.  Our dinner will be complemented by views of the grounds inbloom, and diners are also welcome to come early to tour the course and clubhouse.

Our sold-out 2016 autumn dinner at Rolling Hills was widely enjoyed and much talked about, and we are looking forward to another great dinner.
