VIETNAMESE DINNER
With Chef Matt Storch of Nom-Eez.
Please join us for our Food & Spirits Society's latest outing, a Vietnamese dinner on Thursday, January 25. Our host will be Chef Matt Storch, the proprietor of the widely popular Vietnamese street food spot Nom-Eez in Black Rock, as well as perennial SoNo favorite Match. Matt will host us at Match, but will prepare a specially selected Vietnamese menu just for us, outside of the restaurants's regular menu, and will talk with us about the dishes, flavors, and techniques featured in the meal.
The cost will be $75 for HCFC members and their guests, and $85 for non-members, inclusive of food, tax, and tip. Cash bar is separate. Match is at 98 Washington Stret in South Norwalk. We will gather for cocktails at 6:30. Dinner begins at 7.
