When the art museums opened its new facility in November 2014, Harvard University embarked on a new path that puts its powerful collections of great art to work for Harvard students and faculty, visiting scholars and artists, visitors, and community members of all ages. Robust collaborations with faculty and students across the University and wider community make the Museums’ new galleries, art study centers, conservation labs, lecture halls and class rooms, dynamic spaces where new and different kinds of interactions with art take place.
