Farm to Table Cooking Demo & 3-Course Wine Dinner

SATURDAY MAY 17TH, 6PM with Acclaimed Chef Gerard Clinton at Aspectuck Valley Country Club

The dinner will be served overlooking the beautiful terrace at the Aspetuck Valley Country Club in Weston, CT.  Chef Gerard Clinton will conduct an interactive appetizer demonstration and give a tour of the vegetable garden on the premises for those who are interested.

Chef Clinton graduated from CIA and spent many years working at acclaimed restaurants, including The French Laundry, Gertrands, Cafe Boulud and Aureole.

Demonstrations and dinner, including wine / coffee / soft drinks, is $85.
