Evening with the Chef at Basso's

Harvard Cooking Group Special Event -- Evening with the chef at Bosso's Thursday February 20 - 7:30 pm Basso Café, 124 New Canaan Ave, Norwalk

This will be a tasting menu served family style to experience a variety of Mediterranean and Latin American fusion cuisine, featuring a wide range flavors selected from around the world. Including a colossal scallop wrapped in puff pastry over roasted tomato and creamy polenta, topped with water cress salad drizzled with truffle vinaigrette. That's one of 8 courses. Come and enjoy.
 
Renato Donzelli, the chef owner, has created this special menu for our group and will be talking with us about the food, its preparation and running a restaurant. This is an HCG exclusive event -- $85 per person.  (BYOB)
